Revenue Sources and Editorial Independence

All papers published in Transactions on Electromagnetic Spectrum (TES Journal) are published under a full open-access model. No fees are charged to authors or their institutions under any name.

TES Journal does not charge any of the following fees:

• Article submission fees (ASCs)

• Article processing charges (APCs)

• Publication fees

• Access fees

• Subscription or pay-per-view fees

Authors and institutions are not required to pay any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, publication, or access to published articles.

The journal is committed to providing free and unrestricted access to high-quality scientific research for both authors and readers.

Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board and are based solely on the scientific merit, originality, and quality of submitted manuscripts. Financial considerations, publishing fees, or waiver status do not influence editorial decision-making.
