Transactions on Electromagnetic Spectrum (TES) is an international, double-blinded peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to the dissemination of high-quality research in the field of electromagnetics. The primary aim of the journal is to publish original research articles, comprehensive review papers, and short communications covering all aspects of theoretical, computational, and experimental electromagnetics. TES Journal operates in accordance with strict ethical publishing standards and follows an independent, unbiased, and double-blinded peer-review process to ensure the scientific quality, originality, and integrity of all published manuscripts. |

Language Policy The official language of publication of Transactions on Electromagnetic Spectrum is English. All submitted and published articles must be fully written in English, including the complete manuscript content. Each article must include an English-language title, abstract, keywords, and full manuscript text. Authors’ affiliations must be provided in English for all submissions. In addition, all authors’ names must be written in Roman script to ensure accurate indexing and international discoverability. All references must be presented in Roman script; references originally published in non-Roman alphabets must be translated or transliterated into Roman script. These requirements are mandatory and are implemented to ensure academic consistency, global accessibility, and compliance with internationally recognized scholarly publishing and indexing standards. Publication Frequency and Regularity Transactions on Electromagnetic Spectrum is published on a biannual basis, with fixed publication dates on January 15 and July 15 each year. The journal strictly adheres to this predefined publication schedule. To ensure both regular publication and the timely dissemination of research, the journal employs a continuous online publication model. Articles are published online immediately after acceptance and completion of the peer-review process. Accepted manuscripts are subsequently assigned to the next scheduled issue in accordance with the journal’s publication calendar. This publication model guarantees compliance with fixed issue dates while enabling rapid online availability of articles, thereby enhancing visibility, accessibility, and citation potential. The journal’s publication policy is aligned with international scholarly publishing standards and best practices.
TES Journal is a fully open-access publication. All published articles are freely accessible worldwide without subscription or registration. No fees are charged to authors or institutions under any name. TES Journal does not charge:
